Dear Sirs, A sum of Rs.299/- was deducted from my mobile main balance of Airtel on 30.10.07 I have made several complain through e-mail and sms, even attended a local Service Camp of the company, where I had submitted a complain form dully filled in. But all such efforts Prove futile. Then I remembered an article which came to learnt from this site about TRAI. So, simply wrote an e-mail to the Airtel that if my grievenance will not be heard within a week, then I shall have to knock the door of TRAI. Thats all , I get back my lost balance immediately. |
