I reside in a building at vasai which has not been conveyed or registered under society's registrationact since the last 10yrs. In this regard i seek help how this matter can be addressed at the earliest.

It is not RTI related query.
However, under Maharashtra Flat Ownership Act , a builder/developer/promoter is bound to transfer/register the land in favour of the society if sufficient number of members are there. Violation of this mandatory provision brings penal action against the promoter.
