socities registration
I reside in a building at vasai which has not been conveyed or registered under society's registrationact since the last 10yrs. In this regard i seek help how this matter can be addressed at the earliest.

It is not RTI related query.Sponsorer
However, under Maharashtra Flat Ownership Act , a builder/developer/promoter is bound to transfer/register the land in favour of the society if sufficient number of members are there. Violation of this mandatory provision brings penal action against the promoter.
Consult expert lawyer on co-operative laws, for appropriate action.
