Passport application status (RPO, Kolkata)

Hi

I have applied for a new passport on April 24, 2009. The police verification has been completed twice, on June 23, 2009 and August 30, 2009 respectively. I have collected the File No.: A39972/09 from Regional Passport Office, Kolkata as I have submitted my passport form at SILIGURI PASSPORT APPLICATION COLLECTION CENTRE (under KOLKATA RPO). But while checking the status from the official website, an error message is displayed regarding my file number (it should be a seven digit number, which I do not have).
Now I want to know the present status of the same.
