Whether my old pf amount has been transferred to new account?

Hi,

I need to know whether my PF amount from my previous employer's account has been transferred to new PF account created by recent employer.I have worked in the first company for 2.5 years and the latest company only for four months.Both PF accounts belong to Chennai circle.

If not transferred I need to close both accounts ,otherwise the latest one to get the refund,since I need to go abroad for work.

My first PF account no is TN/48975/899
My second PF account no is TN/39639B/4639
