Whether Royal palm is in Forest land?
Dear Sir
I wanted to book a flat in Royal palm Arey Colony Goregaon Mumbai. I want to know whether this area comes under forest land. Secondly The builder has made a demand of 25 % as a booking amount. Then only registration and loan processing would be processed. Is is safe to give such a big amount before registration?
