refund of e ticket unused
Hi
This is Bhavani Krishnan. I had bookd an e-ticket ( transaction ID 0142211220)
PNR NO(4410505319) by train no 7651 for journey from chennai to hyderabad on
9th september 2009, the ticket amount being Rs.1223 and charges Rs.25/.
But I made a blunder in the date of journey. Instead of 29th November 2009,
had bookded the ticket for journey on 29th september2009. As I found out the
mistake only on 12th october 2009, I could not opt for regular cancellation.
At this jucture, I would like to know whether I am eligibe for any refund from
the irctc and if so to whom should I contact. The clarification may also be sent to my email xxx@yyy.zzz - Deleting live email link - against forum rules
