Geddalhalli BDa notfication and high court order
Hi Everybody,
I have couple of sites at Geddalhalli (K. Naryanpura ) off Kothanur Road (behind Mantri apartments) at Bangalore. I understand the BDA notification was given about 6 years back to acquire this land as part of Arkavathy layout. However all site owners in this area objected and the case has been going on since then.
Lately I heard High court has given its verdict asking BDa to file objection to its order.
Can somebody give details of this order and the status of this issue.
