Need Help: Delhi Development Authority Rohini Scheme

Hi,

I want to file an RTI appeal to DDA, for asking them why till date they have not completed the allotment of Rohini MIG Scheme which was launched in 1982 and my due to what all reasons why my flat registration is not completed till date.

Please help me with the information related to the PIO of Delhi Development Authority.
To whom I should send the IPO.

If any sample draft for obtaining such information from DDA is available, or any revious drafted application is available, please share with me.
