    Transfer of vehicle

    Hi ,
    - Suppose there are two persons. Say person 'A' and person 'B'.
    - Assume that there is a two wheeler owned by person 'A'.
    - Now person 'A' would like to transfer this two wheeler on person 'B' name.
    - So I would like to know:
    1. What is the proccess in transfering the name of the owner?
    2. Can this process be done online? If yes, then what is the name of the web site.
    3. What are the charges applied?

Additional information: Both persons 'A' and person 'B' are from Maharashtra and are brother and sister having age greater than 18 years.

I will be very thanksful if I can get the reply to these questions.

    Thanks in advance.
