Applicant complained to CIC that in spite of orders from AA to disclose information, PIO is not complying. CIC Rules: 1. It is responsibility of first AA to ensure that PIO complies 2. First AA can approach CIC for initiation of penalty proceedings as per Sec 20 3. First AA can also initiate other penal action under various provisions of IPC against PIO for willful violation of orders.
