Need Help: Injustice in A.P. Horticultural University Selections for Assistant Professor Posts

My wife, Dr.Y.Suneetha had applied for the post of Assistant Professor in the Department of Genetics and Plant Breeding at A.P. Horticultural University under OC (1 post) and OC-women (1 post). She has completed her Ph.D in Brinjal during 2004, qualified in NET Exam 2007, has 24 first author publications and 10 co-author publications in different national and international journals; 16 presentations in different seminars/symposiums and workshops; and other contributions to her credit including three rice variety release proposals in addition to Research Associate experience of more than 4 years. In spite of all the above, selection of candidate with M.Sc qualification and nil publications under OC and a freshly completed Phd candidate with limited publications and nil experience was made under OC-women category. In this context, I request guidance for use of RTI Act for obtaining information regarding the following from the University Authorities :
1. Selection criteria and weightage for different qualifications for the post
2. Details of candidates and their qualifications in detail who had applied for the post
3. Merit list of the candidates before and after interview.
4. Interview score of diiferent candidates.
