Need Help: Rti fee

hello all,
i am new to this forum....
please calrify a doubt....
i want to seek information from the Dept. of Personnel & Training. i am suppposed to pay the fee payable to the Accounts Officer of that public authority. Is it Accounts Officer, DOPT OR Accounts Officer, Ministry of Personnel, Public grievances & Pensions OR any other address?
