    Could you please tell me the procedure to legally change my name.
    Is it necessary to declare name changed publicly.Instead of publicly announcing changed name in newspaper, can I do that on any public website.

    go to the govt. gazeet office pay fee. give old and new name. after publishing in gazeet ur name will change so simple
