for how many year the government hospital keeps the record of the indoor patient department(ipd) / outdoor patient department(opd) . can we ask the paper of perticular patient under rti.

In the normal course medical records of another person cannot be procured under RTI, as it can be denied as information concerning a third party. However if the applicant can establish and justify a larger public interest while seeking such info on another patient, the Info Commissions have taken a different view.
