    RTI for private school

I had sought some information regarding an unaided private school recognised by the Dte. of education, Govt. of NCT of Delhi. The PIO answered after 52 days stating that private school are not covered under RTI. I prefered an appeal to the AA. But I got the same reply form the AA, though the formal orders are yet to be received. Is the reply of AA is in cosonance to the judgment of Hon'ble Delhi High Court in the matter of POORNA PRAJNA PUBLIC SCHOOL.VS CIC & others in WRIT PETITION (CIVIL) NO. 7265 of 2007.
