It is embarrassing to address a member in some of the odd "USER NAMES" displayed. It is likely that such members never would have imagined a requirement of addressing a member or someone addressing them personally when they joined this forum. It may not be posssible to change the name now due to various reasons. One of the solutions is to indicate in bracket below one's user name the name in which one would like to be addressed if one so desire. I request Dr.Pathak to consider this suggestion.

Thank You for the suggestion, it has been incorporated based on your suggestions.

New members would now need to enter their real name while registering. Those of you who want to display Real name should visit their user control panel > Edit Options > Thread Display Options > Enter your real name.

If you leave it blank, it will not display anything.
