Combining Of More Than One Appeal Before Cic

Would like to know whether I can combine more than one appeal while applying to the CIC. As a few departments are in the habit of not answering at all or giving wrong information despite repeated questions under the RTI Act.

I feel that combining two or more applications while submitting them to CIC would save a lot of time and effort especially when the information sought relates to a single department only.

CIC normally clubs the appeals depending on whether the respondents/appellants are same and the IC hearing the case is also the same.

You can make a request to CIC at the time of filing the Second Appeal or later through email.
