NEWS: Calcutta high court on 28-3-08 granted the wish of a The student then asked the university to show his answer script under Right to Information Act. The university said the rules don’t permit this. he moved the high court against the university.

Rules are to be obeyed and are applicable for every citizen. If this particular student is allowed to view his answer sheet, then obviously this right should be applicable to all the others. |
