Due to account closed my pf cheque has been returned

Hi,

i am a.mairaj i was employed in future groups, i was having a salary account which has been closed. In my p.f. Form i have the salary account no. After a long time i got a letter from mumbai p.f. Office stating that due to my account closed the cheque has been returned any one can plz help it very urgent

Dear Abdul

1. Submit fresh settlement form with new a/c no.

2. or send a letter to concerned RPFC (by speed/regd. post) with request to reissue the cheque and enclose the copy of your (new) bank a/c passbook/statement and the copy of letter from epfo.

3. If no action in 30/45 days file RTI application seeking action taken report on your application.

Hi,

I am ravindra , my wife was working with HP and she quit the company about 18 months back and we wanted to withdraw the PF amount as she has got the new acount with her present company.

We filled up the form long back and they say that the cheque have been forwarded to her citi bank account which we have deactivated.

When we consult citi bank they say the cheque is not been received by them.

Now , when we go back to PF office , they are not providing us the further information .

How do i go about this , can u please help.
