About myself :
Myself is Rahul Nikale, age 36 yrs, Banker by Profession staying in Vikhroli Kannamwar Nagar II.

I will be very thankful to you if you please guide me in this C.H.S. issue.

In brief :

Ours is a cooprative Hsg society bearing registration no BOM/HSG/7922 DTD.30/09/1982. Initially there were 40 Rooms in a society but due to approval for extended FSI our society had appointed a pvt builder to adjoined 10 more rooms to each floor (2 rooms per floor) (extreme Left & right side).

The work for extended rooms started in the year 2005 and 90% completed in the year 2007.

This pvt builder has ran away after completing 90% of total work.

Myself is one who purchased the forth floor extended room. But becuase of builder has ran away without completing the work we total 10 new members not paid the amout in full to the builder.

Now the issue is our society is not allowing us to give share certificate for the said new room and not ready to give possession of the room though we are paying maintenance charges of rs.450/- per month since 2007. Society is giving maintenance charges receipt in the name of "INTENT MEMBER"

We all new members are staying from jan.2007 till date. But that time society had not objected for staying in new room.

Now the society officials are asking for NO OBJECTION CERITIFICATE from that builder who is not turned here in society though many reminder letters.

In this situation how can we approch society for giving share certificate.
