    Pay protection to ex serviceman in epfo

    I am an Ex serviceman. My question is regarding pay protection in EPFO(Employees Provident fund Organisation), Govt. of India organisation. Am i entitled to get pay protection ?

    Indian Air Force Basic Pay Rs 10420 Grade Pay 2800 Retired on 31 May 2006
    Present Basic Rs 6310 Grade Pay 1900 Re employed on 01 jan 2009

    Am I eligible for Pay Protection in the re employed Service as per CCS ( RP) Rules 2008 as my Present Basic Pay is below the Pay I was taking in Indian Air force
