need driving license number

Hi Dear,

Last monday I was goting to PUNJAB by train then somebody has picked out my purse which contents my credit card, driving license, money and other useful things. Thank GOD, I was able to block my Credit Card. Thanks to Citi Bank custer, useful services.

But, the main problem is my Driving License which I lost, I am unable to find out any photocopy of my driving license, right now I have no information about my driving license number, expiry date, issue date and so on.

Is there any option to identify these particular things related to my driving license so that I can get duplicate copy of it.

I already checked on net and found that you have to register FIR of lost license to get duplicate license copy.

But, how I, without any license number.

Please help and guide me how should I got it back.

I would be obliged to you.
