Please do not go by what is said on the website.

Your assessing officer (ITO or AC) of your ward/circle is the CPIO.
This is the same assessing officer to whom you submitted your IT return.

Maybe, now you might also like to ask the IT Department in your RTI application about the misinformation on the website regarding the details of the PIO.
