Yes, there are PIO 's in the lower courts in Haryana,Please see the following for details: http://highcourt.chd.nic.in/rti.pdf (You will find the different PIO ;s afetr page 26)Your RTI Application has to be on the basis of the Rules framed by the High Court of Punjab and Haryana. Those are also given in the same pdf document as mentioned above. |
