Ref: Deccan Herald July 25, Cooperatives come under RTI Act.

I am in need of Judgment copy. I filed RTI app. to Office of the Registrar, Karnataka High Court, Bangalore. it was more than a month ago. But i did not receive any communication. May be I sent on a wrong address. Can anyone help me in acquiring a copy of that that.

On 30-06-08 Karnataka H. C. has held that coop soc do not come under RTI Act in writ petition No. 16901/2006 [GM-RES]

On Delhi High Court website you can search the judgements under RTI by title case : "Central Information Commissioner" and on state HC "State Information Commissioner"

I tried to search for court's or CIC judgements but it is given according to file of appealant's name. i suggest that it should be made key word wise. this way one will be able to find judgements on the required topic.
