Some time back this forum has arrived at a wonderful clarificaion that "Inspection fall under the Right to Information" This clarification clarified many enquiries as to what to do when the public authority delay the permission for inspection or does not cooperate ininspection. It will be nice if this clarification can be included in theFAQ. |
