List of unauthorised/authorized colonies given by govt of Delhi
I have booked a property (constructed) in Rama Park, A - Block, Uttam Nagar, New Delhi 110059. It come in West Zone of MCD. As discussed with various banks like HDFC, Axis this area is not authorized and property may not be approved by MCD/DDA. But as discussed with builder, it is approved. Can you please tell me about this. I want to know about authorized status the this area? If possible, can you give me URL/Web link where I can get the authorized status of colonies exist in Delhi.
