Request for pending issue of order comes under rti act

In a service matter - Representations have been made 10 times to consider my case and issue orders.

Also I represented my issue under RTI Act, to consider my request and issue necessary orders thereon.

I was informed by many that requesting to an order for a request does not fall under the perview of information. i.e. information for pending requests cannot be obtainted.

Only asking the actions taken on my previous representations constitute information.

Please clarify.

RTI is only for getting information. Hence U can get action taken report or status of your application, including file notings etc. Based on info received, U can take legal or administrative action.
