Information: Settlement of Coal Miners Provident Fund(CMPF)

Dear Sir,
I was earlier working in singareni Collieries Company Limited (a state Govt company In andhra Pradesh) from 21.07.05 till 24.10.07. In this above period i have been deducted time to time CMPF, but although i have resigned from the company and have cleared all dues pertaining to me, but so far my CMPF settlement has not been done. In this above period i have not been issued CMPF Number due to carelessness of SCCL and the CMPF office of Ramagundam. later on 03.03.09 they informed me to file an application towards reimbursement of CMPF, which i applied but it was drafted and posted to CMPF, Ramagundam on 09.06.09 with Ref No-RG-III/GDK10A/W/05/CMPF/2276. It has been more than 5 months since i applied for reimbursement with my earlier personal number alloted by the company i.e-0047060, but so far there has not been any communication to me so far either from the company or from CMPF, ramagundam office. I thereby request you to kindly look into the matter and inform me about the delay.

As this is the state govt company, you can file the rti application asking the action on your appli. as soon as u file the rti u will see things will start moving.if u have any prob than post the matter , members will help u out.
