i am from a state where human rights violation is very rampant. some of the NGO here had asked for the information related to human rights violation, but instead of giving the information within the stipulated time, i have seen that these NGO's had been dragged to the HC. in such situation what will be the relief to these NGO? |

lairenjam, If you can prove (or have evidence) that the High Court cases have been filed with the intention to harass the RTI applicant, you can definitely complain to SIC or CIC as the case maybe. Bring this point up in the rejoinder or counter to the petition in the HC. |
