wrong information
Dear Sir,
Under RTI Act I asked some informations reggarding construction of road in the area where construction was not allowed as per stay order of SC in a matter pending. Infact road was repaired but SPIO replied that no road has been constructed in this area. After order of SIC, SPIO asked about construction from concern division and now that division gave in writting that they constructed the road and provided copy of tender.
please advise what action can be taken keeping in mind that SIC is always supportive to govt. Officers and it will be wonder if he has imposed any penalty till date for voilation or non compliance of his order.

SIC is may always supportive to govt. Officers. But it is not a Right way to impliment RTI act. Hence it is also our duty to to pressurise SIC to implement penalty.
File a complaint to impose penalty for not suppling the correct information within 30 days of time frame.
