Hi RTI,

My hut is in under ANIK PANJRAPOLE scheme which runs by MMRDA. I purchased hut in 2004. My hut has demolished in jun 2007 but still I didn't get allowtment of new house against my old hut demolished.

U can file RTI application with Public Information Officer of MMRDA for information. RTI application as per Mahrashtra RTI Rules - RTI Guide fee and format

U can ask :

1. List of cases where plot has been allotted (same scheme)

2. copy of rule followed while allotting new house/land.
