Sir,
I want some information through u , Sir my grandfather is expried on 2004 and he left some property and bank balance in mumbai and karnataka .After the death of my grandfather that we are asking our mother share but our uncle is not giving us any details of banks . Last 10yrs we are living in karnataka and we dont have a knowledge of mumbai .Sir the society in which our grandfather flat is there they are also not allowing us in society and in banks also .some banks are without checking the details of decased persons they are refusing us. Kindly I am requesting u plz help us
