Question Rigths of commitee

We are living in a multi-storey colony. We have 4 blocks. Each block has its own commitee and 2 persons of each block form central commitee to take decision about general matters.

Recently, central commitee has sent us circular about selling parking rights to individual members. At the time of buying we have paid for super built-up area which was inclusive of parking area.

I need to know that can I challenge central commitee for selling covered parking which is basic right of each and every resident member.

Please reply me as soon as possible as this matter is urgent.
