Need Help: complaint for income tax refund

Dear sir,

I sneh lata working in Hartron, Chandigarh on contract basis. I was submit my income tax retrun on 24-07-08 in imcome tax office, panchkula. As per my 16 A form which is given me by hartron, Rs. 9719/- has been deducted. My gross income is below the income tax slabs. but i am not yet get refund. I have also gone to income tax office for two times for the refund but all in vain. i am also attaching my income tax return copy, 16 A form amd my Pan card scaned photocopy for your reference and record.

Send me the reply as early as possibl. I shall be highly oblidge you for favour.

i am submitted my return in march 2009 for the assessment
year 2008 -- 09 still now i havent got the refund

U can file RTI application for status of your refund. Please go through the link available in post # 2 for details and suggested format.
