Registrar appointed for new CHS
Hi,
Ours is a newly formed co-operative housing society which has barely completed first year and has through proper elections, appointed a managing committee for 5 years. however since the new committee did not sign the bond, the registrar has issued orders for administrator to take charge.
Need to know how far is this correct ?

APPEAL: Use RTI to get Information from Private/Public Unaided Schools to stop violation of norms in Education. Private Schools are under the Purview of RTI--CIC.
