Dear Sirs,
As an individual and representative of
Welfare Association G Block Hari Nagar (A Regd. NGO), operating from the below given address, we have regularly been seeking information from different departments of Delhi Govt, MCD, as also Central Govt. Ministries and other connected bodies funded by GOI. While in most of the cases, the information sought is either provided by PIO or FAA, in certain cases, we have not been hearing even from offices of CIC.
Attached with this mail is our Appeal to CIC concerning information sought from Deptt. of Health, Govt. of NCT of Delhi. This has neither been acknowledged nor any information has been provided through the concerned departments and hospitals.
You may like to follow-up our Appeal to CIC.
