Seniority in Group A of IRTS
I have been promoted to Group A of IRTS in the supplementary panel for the year 2003-04 notified vide Ministry of Railways notification no.E(GP)2002/1/58 Dt 20/04/2006 after publication of the regular panel for the year 2003-04 on 09/08/04 vide Ministry of Railways notification no.E(GP)2002/1/58 Dt 09//08/2004.But my seniority has not been fixed along with the seniority of the regular panel of 2003-04.Is it a correct decision by UPSC ? What should I do ?
