    Hi
    I want to know new provisions of maternity leave. I have came to know that maternity leave has been enhanced to 6 months for Govt. employees. What are the provisions of maternity leave for employees working in Central PSU.

    Why don't you file a RTI Application with the PIO of your department or the controlling Ministry to get a copy of the latest rules ?

    This portal discusses RTI issues only. However, maternity leave has been extended up to six months in the 6th Pay Commission. For the rest of the information please follow the advice of post #2 above.
