    sir,

    i want to know that, i am a teacher of a c.b.s.e. affiliated school managed by local commitee since 10 yrs., by the gratuty bill 2009 passed by govt. govt. where private school teachers are covered, may i get the gratuty from school. Also convey me that what will be the procedure to implement it. Also how i can get the gratuty from school. And what will be the role of school for implementing the act. what will be the procedure step by step.

    u can ask to u r school for gratuty either u can file rti application to cbse to ask the ruling and they r compel to impliment
