Accept my heartfelt regard for a work which may change the standing of a individual in this not so called autocratic bureaucratic system, where everyone is always on a verge of being assaulted on its statutory rights as a citizen. This RTI, if used sagely, may change the whole scenario, but, however, it warrants sincere and continuous effort.
