Hello ,welcome to RTIIndia community. To start with,please go through Forum Rules,privy Policy and , RTI Guide .
As for cluttering of your post and appearence of error warning ,please keep your post simple and,after submit , edit it to remove clutter -delete unwanted images, smiles, tags etc-as well as to edit your written post ( if required ) and then click save.

i was doing it in Microsoft office word ,then copy n paste ..
Anyway i wll cover come this too
