    Dear Members,
    I am new to this forum...... I would like few tips please. And i recently attended a interview at PSU (HAL Kanpur). I was rejected citing that i am over qualified. I Want to know what is the real issue...... Can RTI help me?

    APPEAL: Use RTI to get Information from Private/Public Unaided Schools to stop violation of norms in Education. Private Schools are under the Purview of RTI--CIC.

    u can file RTI application with PIO of HAL for list of selected candidates and u can also seek inspection of records. For details of PIO and other information, please see: INFORMATION ON HAL IN ACCORDANCE WITH RTI ACT 2005

    Sir Many thanks to ur reply, but this a public sector unit(PSU). Am a physiotherapist. holding a bachelors degree, recently they recruited therapists. I cleared written exam in May 2009, got short listed for interview in december 2009 along with 5 others. In the interview they rejected me saying that they only want Diploma .... Please advice
