Hi, Our builder has sell open parking. Can builder sell the open parking as per norms? Also i would like to know how much % of covered parking builder has to leave as common parking area. Or Can he sell all of the covered parking leaving nothing for common parking. Thanks in advance. Regards, Deepak Y.     |
