my wife filed case 498a on me in 2005 and she went to USA in 2007.

In passport her father surname is there . She did not changed to my surname.
similary way in want known in non-immigrant DS-156 and DS-158 what she the mention
1.maturial status
2.what she had mention in husband name
3. what she had mention in divorce or separted


form where i can get these detail, these case in trial in ranga reddi court.
