I am Bhanu kumar and studyind civil IDD course in it bhu .I qualified IIT-Jee to get entrance into it bhu.Regarding the stipend for mtech students i have a doubt.My seniors say that a CGPA of 8.0 is enough for the eligibility of stipend.but i have got no information about it .can you help me .Do i have to give gate exam for eligibility if my CGPA is above 8.0
