I had applied to DDA re: Conveyance Deed of my Flat. Though DDA said the flat mutated in my name, conveyance deed not given even after 4 years. Had applied to PIO under RTI but got reply saying "FILE NOT TRACEABLE AND WILL INTIMATE ONCE TRACED". Even after one year yet to hear from DDA. What is the next course of action and can I approach CIC for redressal. I am 74 years old, suffering from hip joint problem and under care in Bangalore. Cannot visit New Delhi to pursue matter. Can anyone of you help me. |

CIC, now allows participation in its hearings through Video Conferencing (available from NIC studios in Bangalore) or even Audio Conferencing (telecall to your residence or mobile number). There is no need to visit Delhi. Please see the following thread: Video-conferencing to ease RTI appeal problem |

Mr Raman, CIC has already decided to give high priority to petitions submitted by senior citizens and physically challenged persons. Please see item 2 of the following: http://cic.gov.in/CIC-Minutes/Minutes19062007.pdf |
