Rule for Maintenance charge for Vacant flats
I have my flat vacant since last one year now the builder is asking me maintainance charges for it. I have read somewhere that if you are not residing in the flat than you need not to pay 100% of maintenance charges - you have to pay only 25% -50% of the maintenance charge.
I want to know the actual rule for the same so that I pay the builder only what I am supposed to.
Your prompt reply is highly appreciated.
