My wife threatening to transfer me under Sec 6(3) - Please help me Sir !

I filed a RTI application with the CPIO of the Cabinet Secretariat, as per attached document.

As per reply I have ever received to the RTI application, the CPIO has transferred my application under Sec 6(3) (Sorry my scanner giving problems - so just typing out the small reply):

"The application is being transferred to the Department of Personnel and training in terms of Sec 6(3) of the RTI Act. The applicant has deposited IPO of Rs. 10/- as RTI fee with this Secretariat."

I have now filed a First Appeal with the FAA as per attached document hoping that sometimes humour might just do the trick !

PS: Identical RTI applications were filed with the PMO, Presidents Secretariat and DoPT. Still awaiting their replies.

Can Right to Information give you "Freedom" at the end? (last few lines of your first appeal are really "appealing"!!!)

    Dear Karira
    Read your foot note
    Footnote:

Respected Sir, till today, I thought that there was only one person in this world who did not understand me – that is, my better half and sweet wife of 27 years. Today, when I told her that there was another addition to that single person list, she is also now threatening to transfer me under Sec 6(3) – just like the CPIO !
    Sir, please help me !

As a good friend I offer my services, to take up your above case. I am sure would defend you to be CLEAN BALLED.

That was a good one. Hope humour works where common sense did not.
