DPC conducted by UPSC
I was promoted by DPC conducted by UPSC. With me, there are 8 more officers got promotion but some of them are from different disciplines of my office/laboratory and the board members are also different (but held on same date under same file etc from my department). In my discipline there are two more officers. Whether UPSC will reveal under RTI about the marks or rank alloted to each officer in the interview?
The rank or mark however will not affect the seniorty in my office. I want to know this information to know where i am standing vis a vis other officers in the eye of the UPSC.
Whether UPSC will reveal this information?

Yes, marks of all candidates are to be revealed under RTI.
You can also ask for DPC proceedings and minutres.
There are several decisions of the CIC regarding DPC information.
